Dengn kuasa power rangers y ade n memandangkn fara ni bkn akaun expert so fara mintk staff akaun call director mintk ape y patut untuk buat akaun.. Maka staff tu pun call la tp happen to be reaction that client x semanis mana by argue where u get this instruction from?  Knpe itu knpe ini? Who are u? N say die x deal aka xnak DEAL ngan staff .. I was like what the? Actually director tu aka Puan A tu selalu je call me. Wasap bgai. Elok je budi bicaranya so bile itu reaction die pd my click walau dlm bhasa y lembut make me feel like X FAHAM!!

Mase staff junior tu call die sempat la jawab y instruction tu comes from die punye account senior..bile junior ckp kt fara mcm tu fara pun ok la xpela die xnk bg info nnti fara sendri akan call puan A tu discuss.

Tpi tibe2 sejam mcm tu acc senior dpt call dr person from Abc sdn bhd tu ckp itu ini tnya itu ini juga dengn suara x mesra.xla marah or kasar tp tegas. Die ckp die call our big boss tp big boss ckp die x thu menahu info ape y we all mintk  (my boss dlm hospital act. N apekah fara juga die nk marah lpas ni? then what about our big boss..matile fara kne serang ngn semua haha

Kul 1 that person call fara pula tp fara engaged so xsempt nk ckp.i return call but there's no answer till 3pm. Kul 3 tu dpt ckp itu ini..bla bla ok akhirnya fara faham dah..aderla internal prob etc etc. N she talks with me nicely.!! Persoalanya i dont know which one y berckp ngn acc staff tdi. Puan A or mummy die. Persoalannya juga knpe x explain baik2 ngan staff akaun y call tdi. Sometimes fara x faham ngn client ni . ya we know mcm iolls pun ade client y fara suke gile sebb baik so apeapehal i deal directly with them.x gune p/a die mahupun p/a i .eh k fine fara xde p/a haha.. So fara faham klo setengah client memilih untuk talk nicely ngn selected person je. Its ok tp i think its unfair lah. kite kje di audit firm.each area ade experter masing2 . mcm i tax.contoh klo u all call i nk mintk aturkn general meeting memang x la haku bolh jawab. Not my arear.so bgitu juga ngan part akaun ni ye sy thu sy baik gile ngn puan ni.ape ape wasap pun blh tp fara x buat akaun so i dont know ape y orng akaun perlu untuk buat akaun. Jdi kn better klo die deal directly ngn akaun n talk nicely??

Then bfore blik tdi our senior dtng ofis aka secretary aka director for sec comp y jaga client abc ni.n bru le fara thu rupe2 nya one of that client siap call our senior lgi lpas die call staff akaun tdi..Kasi tarbiah percume! Sal ni semua la. Tp senior fara y ni garang juge! Haha. Die bgi juge tarbiah percuma kat client tu sbab marah2!! xpela same umur garang ngn garang. So end of story hnya kerana mintak akaun xpasal2 7 orng terlibat same! Thanks to en khairul sebb backup us even tak thu pngkal cerita..ini la kepentingn ade senior hewhew.  :D

Selain y ni ade lgi client y mcm ni juge.. Y ni client pling baik ngn Fara n i like the most la haha.so xkisah la die nk deal ngn fara je ke.  Iolsss lgi sukeeee.klo die baik ngan staff lain nnti iolss jelousss pulak.. eh gurau je :p . Ok just nk bgi conthla. This client ada Ape ape even die ade p/a pun die deal directly ngan fara. itu bgus.Tpi one day nk jadikan citer admin email die bill n then call tanya progress payment tpi thu ape reaction client? Anything i will talk directly with Fara bla bla. Suara x nice langsung!!.. Kate my friend la.Me?? Setengah hati k fine bangga client baik ngn kite. Client percaya kite.tpi setengh hti lgi rase serba salah ngn my click. Xpasal2 kne sound juge..itu bukn bidang i olls.bukn i isu bill bukn i collect duit aiyoyo..y tu ngn admin. Fine klo nk deal directly with ur favourite what so called tax consultant ni hoho tp ckp la elok elok..  Ni thun ni buat audit.. I ask auditor to collect some info on behalf coz i need dat info to prepare pre tax for audit report memndangkn they all semua ke tmpt client. I x pgi.. but again..client nk deal directly with me xnk bg info kt auditor.. I is is is stresss haha. Ye la konon je nk bg info kt i. Memng le die nk bgi n i know die akan bgi tp lmbt la jawabnya. Alang alang auditor dsana so apesalahnya kan..Client ni mcm macam adee..nk marah kite pun mmng baik ngn die..nk suke rase unfair ngn kawan2 pulak ..

Kita faham kita bangga kita suke tpi kite juge rase x fair pd y lain y xdpt nice treatment..iolss pun klo bile ade info pnting nk tp x dpt sebb client prefer to talk with my click akan sentap juge.. Ade juge. Prnah juge.punyala gigih i kasi email n explain pda staff regarding one problem ni nk kasi die paham supaya mudah untuk mereka explain pd client ni.kisahnya client refuse to talk with me. K i dont mine. Tp kdang ape y kite nk blum tentu dpt disampaikn 100% mcm y kite nk.same like me. To do something that i dont know is hard coz we did not know wht they want actually ..

So pd akhirnya moh le kite duduk depn pc sambil pikir apekah mereka y tidak faham atau tdak mahu faham...atau kite just anggap itu anugerah Allah bile kite dpt tackle somebody heart dat y they want to talk with usss je or itu dugaan dlm krjaya bilemna die pndang kite sebelah mate je.haih nh spec! Pndang la we olss dngn due blah mate ya!! :p
